Binders as home inspection marketing tools

 For the client, binders are the best choice for packaging the home inspection report because they lend additional “perceived value” to the presentation of the finished report. The binder looks good, and the customer really feels like they’re receiving something substantial for their money. The binder stands up nicely in the clients bookshelf. It’s not going to get lost in a stack on moving day the way a bound report can, and best of all, they’re going to know exactly where to find it when a neighbor asks who did their inspection and wants a referral to you. Binders do have some cost but they also are a great form of advertising!

 For the home inspector, binders are an excellent choice for packaging the report because everyone has a 3 hole punch. No binding machine or binding combs are required. If a page needs to be added or changed at the last minute...no big deal! With todays high tech portability you can easily print up the report, punch and insert onto the rings onsite, all you need is your binder and trusty 3 hole punch.

 Our imprinted Home Inspection Binders are 1" capacity heat sealed vinyl binders with a clear front inside pocket. The front cover graphics depict a good looking, American, middle class home. You can see the owner out front getting the newspaper off the lawn. The title “Property Inspection Report” printed across the top of the front cover and down the spine. They are packaged 25 to a carton in 12" x 12" x 24" 200lb test cartons with special packaging trays that resist damage in transit.

Adhesive Backed Business Card Holders

Most business cards are oriented horizontally. But some people like them printed in a vertical fashion. Some inspectors want their business card on the front cover of the binder, some inspectors want it on the front inside pocket and some want it on the first page of the document.

In order to please most of the people most of the time we have decided to offer our three sided adhesive business card holders as an accessory, this way you can stick it where you want it!

Vertically or horizontally, it’s a great idea because you can slip more than one card into the holder giving the client a few to hand out for those word of mouth referrals!

The best way for anyone to find information fast...Tab it! Our pre-printed sets are six tabs per set, titles shown below. Titles are printed in black on both sides of the tab extension. Index stock is #100 white with clear reinforcing Mylar on the tab extension and along the binding edge. They are 3 hole drilled and collated into sets.
